ORDER STATUS
Current Status: Orders begin processing June 12th. Please check Instagram for weekly order updates.

Past Status:
May - In Transit to Warehouse - Shipping Via Sea (estimated june 2nd arrival to port)
April: Supplier & Material shipments delayed due to ongoing oil shortage.
- All Binders are loaded into the shipping containers and are on route to the port.
- Binder has passed our QC and are being packed into the packaging.
- Post-Production Quality Inspection - some items did not pass and will require a small production remake.
March:
- From feedback of our first production, we have tightened up our QC. The binders are to be re-inspected with our updated standards. Binders that did not pass will need to remake.
Estimated Production Time: 90 days
Estimated Completion: April 2026

EXCLUSIONS:
- Orders with toploader binders are excluded. These orders will ship when toploaders arrive at the warehouse. This does not apply if you have separated the orders from the standard binders.
LOCAL PICK UP
This is our default location
POSTPONED: MAU MAU IS DOING A FACTORY VISIT UNTIL JUNE 12TH. PICK UPS WILL RESUME AFTER.

- can authorize another person to pick up only at this location
- email or DM to book a pick up tiime, no processing time required - do not need to wait for pick up confirmation email
Please have your confirmation email and ID when picking up your order. If authorizing another person for pick up - please send in an email at least 24 hours prior.
MARKHAM OPTION:
I have partnered with MyPops.ca Markham Toys Funko TCG to collect your orders during their regular operating hours.
- Online orders must be picked up by the original purchaser. (No Substitutes allowed)
- You must present the order confirmation email & a copy of your ID when picking up
- Orders that are transferred to our partner locations cannot be reversed.
- Processing Times still apply
HOW TO SCHEDULE TRANSFER

2. Wait for “READY FOR PICK UP” email.
Orders get dropped off on a bi-weekly basis.
You will receive an email saying that your order is ready for pick up when it is transferred.
SCARBOROUGH OPTION:
I have partnered with Pretty Sweet Gelato to offer pick ups during their regular operating hours. Drop offs happen bi-weekly to monthly.
- Online orders must be picked up by the original purchaser. (No Substitutes allowed)
- You must present the order confirmation email & a copy of your ID when picking up
- Orders that are transferred to our partner locations cannot be reversed.
- Processing Times still apply

SHIPPING POLICIES
No - the buyer will be responsible for any tariff, duties or custom taxes required by their country.
For the most part yes - this may change as our couriers. Please select the product to view the estimated shipping costs.
ORDER CHANGES
Kickstarter orders cannot be cancelled as the productions were made to order.
Orders placed on the website can be cancelled or adjusted as long as they have not shipped.
If you need to update your items, change your address, or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible so I can catch it before it leaves our facility.
Once an order has shipped, I am no longer able to make changes or cancel it.
I physically cannot accept returns once your order has been shipped — all sales are final with no refunds available.
Exchanges can only be made before your order ships. After your order has left the facility, I cannot process exchanges.
