LOCAL PICK UP - GTA TORONTO
Where can I pick up my binder?
I have partnered with MyPops.ca Markham Toys Funko TCG to organize pick ups on select Thursdays between 7pm-8pm.
You will receive an email confirmation with pic up instructions. Please have your confirmation email and ID when picking up your order.
How can I pick up if I had backed on Kickstarter?
All Canadian Backers have been sent a message with instructions on how to proceed with making this adjustment.
All backers must complete this before Oct 31st. Anyone that does not do this before the deadline will not be able to get their shipping costs refunded.

Do you ship world-wide?
Yes. I offer worldwide shipping. Please select the product to view the estimated shipping costs.
What if I want to combine my pre-orders to save on shipping?
If you would like to save on shipping and wait for both several pre-order binders to arrive, the wait time will be adjusted to after the latest binder has arrived.

Order Changes Policies
Cancellations & Order Changes
Kickstarter orders cannot be cancelled as the productions were made to order.
Orders placed on the website can be cancelled or adjusted as long as they have not shipped.
If you need to update your items, change your address, or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible so I can catch it before it leaves our facility.
Once an order has shipped, I am no longer able to make changes or cancel it.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns once your order has been received — all sales are final.
Exchanges can only be made before your order ships. After your order has left the facility, I cannot process exchanges.
